Using postfix as a "gateway" to deliver email through other providers

Hi, this is a postfix newbie question. We would like to use postfix as an SMTP gateway, the idea is to use postfix as our smtp server and based on custom email headers, "deliver" the email through another email provider, like SendGrid, AWS SES, or other. Is that a possibility? If so, what would it imply. Please bear with me I am pretty new to postfix.

Hi

Well postfix is a SMTP gateway but what do you mean by "based on custom email headers" ? Postfix work with recipients of the SMTP dialog and not those in the headers.
