Documentation for current versions of postfix which we are running a current version ( 3.3.1). states this will allow forwarding rules to redirect an email, and will not retain the user name of the original email.

This does not appear to be working and still keeps the original email user name when it forwards.

Does this need to be combined with some other option ?

Hi Andrew,

Having the same problem. Did you manage to work it out?

Cheers,
Bas.
