Block Certain Extetnions for a certain User?

Hi, I was wondering if someone else has accomplish to block a user from sending .xlsx, I know that postfix can block incoming extension using mine headers checks. But I was wondering if this could be accomplish the other way around for sending?

Sure I think so just set mime_header_checks and smtp_mime_header_checks
respectively.
