OK, so I noticed a fair amount of log messages as follows:

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from bzq-109-67-25-24.red.bezeqint.net[109.67.25.24]: 450 4.2.0 <***@recipient.com>: Recipient address rejected: Greylisted, see http://postgrey.schweikert.ch/help/recipient.html; from=<***@recipient.com> to=<***@recipient.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<TG670.home.lan>

I've changed the recipients email address, however, my question is this. It would appear that the recipient is also the sender (exact same address and the recipient address is an address on the postfix server) but they are sending from various external servers. But the message seems to imply that the recipient's address is being rejected. It seems to me that it's rejecting more based on where the mail is coming from. Which is it?

This looks like a standard greylisting log entry. It means that you didn't exclude this recipient from greylisting.
