There are a few hosts which ocasionally throw errors like these:

1286:Mar 17 15:01:08 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: connect from mail-ob0-f169.google.com[209.85.214.169]
1287:Mar 17 15:01:09 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: Anonymous TLS connection established from mail-ob0-f169.google.com[209.85.214.169]: TLSv1 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-RC4-SHA (128/128 bits)
1291:Mar 17 15:01:10 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: 69A87280008: client=mail-ob0-f169.google.com[209.85.214.169]
1301:Mar 17 15:01:15 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: disconnect from mail-ob0-f169.google.com[209.85.214.169]
1313:Mar 17 15:02:20 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: connect from unknown[113.11.251.194]
1314:Mar 17 15:02:21 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: Anonymous TLS connection established from unknown[113.11.251.194]: TLSv1.2 with cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 (256/256 bits)
1315:Mar 17 15:02:22 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: warning: unknown smtpd restriction: "????"
1316:Mar 17 15:02:22 Server postfix/smtpd[1324]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[113.11.251.194]: 451 4.3.5 Server configuration error; from=<> to=<***@mydomain.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<vps.enggsol.com>

Postfix reloads do not throw any errors so it's not a syntax problem within the config files. Checked the different restriction files too - nothing suspicious. Any clues what might be throwing these four exclamation marks?

at least your emails are going through OUTBOUND. My VERIZON FIOS ISP is blocking all ports, My Linux server cannot send any OUTBOUND emails.

My VERIZON FIOS ISP is blocking all ports, My Linux server cannot send
any OUTBOUND emails.
In that case your ISP shouldn't charge the full amount, you have only 50%
of all available connections. We have the same with Shaw & Telus in
Canada, they tried to convince me that it would reduce spam. I showed
them the opposite (bot on a personal computer sends email then via telus
or whatever gw is defined, so whats the deal), after a lot of back and
forth I got 50% of my money back but I also moved.

That behavious shows these ISPs are incompentent, what can you then
expect if you have a real issue?

Ok, has nothing to do with postfix, so I stop ranting :)

cheers
