Postfix mail queue hold and deliver

Hello Everyone,
We have a catchall mail server running on postfix. we want that, mails coming onto this catchall server will hold up in mail queue, and we will decide which mail need to be delivered or not. can anyone help me out in achieveing this task.

Doesn't make much sense to me, since it's better to reject email if
unwanted with sending the reson why it was rejected.
What would be your criteria of delivering email?
Why would you give away your resources to spammers so they can deliver
their crap and you decide then to just delete the email?

we want to manage the deliver of mails via mailqueue on User Interface. I am just looking for tool, any configuration that helps me in making this server.

A catchall mailserver will be quickly discovered by spammers and flooded to death, because it will accept every email that's coming to it.

Don't do catchall mailservers.
