logging sender ip address

Hi,
I'm wondering how to enable the logging of sender ip addresses in the maillog. Specifically I want to set up a relay server that will be used from several web servers and I'd like to identify in the log from which of the servers the mails passing though were sent. I tried googling for this but couldn't find anything.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?
