Hello everyone,

my Emails (from www.coopiloto.net) are landing in SPAM folders of receivers and it seems that one of the reasons is that if don't have any SPF specified.
The Domain is registered at caribedomains.com and it allows no "TXT-Reccords".
I can only set the DNS Servers, A-Reccords and MX-Reccords.
The A and MX are set to an other server, where I manage the content and emails.

Do you know how I can set the SPF? Afaik I should setup the SPF on the caribedomains.com setup right? Or is there a possibility to set it up on my server?

Thanks a lot!!

Regards - Misha

Usually SPF records are not required, however some spamfilter take these
too much into account, like in your case obviously.

coopiloto.net text = "v=spf1 +a +mx -all" as a txt record should do the
job, if this is your sender domain.

Hi - and thanks!!!

Yes - my Emails land in spam when sending to gmail, yahoo or hotmail.

Where do you think can I put the SPF Reccord?
The original provider doesn't have any "TXT-Reccord" input - only A and MX reccord. But as I said, I've set the MX-Reccord to my server - there I can do anything.

SPF records need to be in TXT, they can't be A or MX records (invalid
syntax anyway).
As far as I can see your spf is set correctly:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
coopiloto.net. 1515 IN TXT "v=spf1 +a +mx ?all"

Is there a reason for ?all instead of -all?

cheers
